Azteca Mexican Restaurants

My favorite place for yummy mexican food! The menu is kind of plain, but the food is excellent! Customer service is exceptionally fantastic, and you never have to wait long to be seated! Great prices, Great food, Great people! A must! more

The food here is decent - there is nothing offensive about it and I've never had bad service or a really long wait to get in. But the menu is boring and predictible. Something that can be a *good* thing, so if you're craving a big 'ol plate of nachos and a giant margarita, head to Azteca and indulge! Just don't expect to be swept away by exciting, inventive cuisine. more

This isn't the place to go to for authentic cuisine, but if you're looking for an enchilada smothered in cheese, or a huge plate of super nachos, step right up. I'd say it's just average - very dependable, nothing too strange, but nothing stupendous either. more

To me, I believe that a Mexican, or any other particular restaurant that is there for a culture, should actually express the culture itself, not just the food. When i visited this particular restaurant, my first glance of the inside was strange, even though the specific day was Halloween, there wasn't much culture represented there. I ordered two cheese and beef enchiladas and a tropical drink. The menu seemed to consist of many different Mexican foods which i enjoyed. The food was wonderful and filling. I even had to take some home to finish it later. Overall i would recommend this to those who just want to have a good dinner and not worry about the looks of the place and just the wonder of the food. more

This review isn't about the food. We have all been to an Azteca and know what it is all about. I wanted to compliment this restaurant and particularly a waiter by the name of Anthony. We came in this evening and both my husband and I decided to order the special which included fajitas along with a shrimp and mushroom mojo. Our son also ordered an enchilada (which he loved). The special wasn't so special. Both my husband and I were very disappointed. We politely expressed our disappointment in the meals yet we still had eaten most of it. Anthony took care of the ENTIRE bill. We insisted on paying at least for our drinks and child's meal but he wouldn't have it. He apologized and mentioned that the kitchen was so busy that it fell through the cracks and that they stood behind their food. We were blown away. Never have I had an entire meal comped. Now, I don't share this so people will go in and try to scam a business but to acknowledge exceptional customer service on Azteca and particularly Anthonys part. Thanks...we will be back. more
