I start to use Axvoice last year. Until now, I have had no particular issues with voice quality or billing. I demanded for the call log on a few occasions which they provided me. As a whole, I am satisfied with Axvoice. However, I would advise them to start receiving payments via paypal also. more

Live Support Makes Axvoice More Easy 11/28/2011

I have been using axvoice service for the last four years. In the beginning they were not offering live chat support. That was quite irritating but they compensated that with their low rates. However, they have become better than others since they have offered live chat support. Now occasional problems are solved on the spot. more

Dependable VoIP Service 11/23/2011

I purchased Axvoice's Pay as You Go plan because it was going to be a temporary arrangement. From their website, I came to know all I had to do was to install an application on my Iphone. I already had wi-fi internet access in my room. I could make and receive local calls to Tennessee within a matter of hours. I am very satisfied with the voice quality. I am planning to switch my home line to Axvoice because this service can be used on touch tone phone set, mobile and also on laptop. more
