RUDE - even after i paid. 11/25/2011

I PAID FOR a facial, manicure and European facial--which is VERY EXPENSIVE and my time was booked as well which would span a couple hours---but on the day of the appointment (which should be now, as I write this post) I had to be late. They basically yelled at me and gave me a lecture on the phone. Do they not realize I already paid 100% for everything? Who is she to give me a lecture on the phone when I already paid for everything. I AM ALLOWED TO DO WTF I WANT TO DO IF I ALREADY PAID. All you have to say is "i'm sorry, we'll just have to cut out this and this from your appointment." I didn't pay them to be insulted and given a lecture. I was very nice but when she CUT ME OFF ON THE PHONE--I hung up on her. I never hangup on people ever. Thanks for ruining my whole day and stealing my money AVIVO!!! You guys are rats. more

Excellent, efficient service, friendly staff 8/20/2005

Avivo does a great job in all that they offer--- hair, nails, skin care. Mary, the owner, is extremely attentive and goes out of her way to accommodate her clients. I have rarely had to wait even a few minutes for my appointment, and I have always gotten a great service at a competitive price. Mary will squeeze in her clients and go the "extra mile" to accomodate their needs. And my hair, skin, and nails always look great after an appointment there! more
