Dr. Rich is a good Doctor. However , his staff isn't very helpful, friendly or imformative. I had a pet there for a week. They were supposed to call me everyday to give me an update. I had to call them instead. Secondly they told me the pets condition was getting better on one day(even though it had a disease) . The next day they said it wasn't doing good again. I believe it wasn't doing well to begin with to be honest. That was their way of keeping it there longer (money). If an animal has a disease it doesnt show major recovery signs one day and then look terrible the next. When I went to pick the animal up the front staff gave me no information on how to apply the medication they gave me. I had to ask them, as if they wouldn't have told me otherwise. Lastly, there was no sense of compassion or nice remark towards hoping the animal got better. It just felt like a cold visit all together. Again, Dr. Rich is good, but I don't care for the staff (girls at desk) or the other female doctor at all.
