Counter staff is rude and arrogant. I broke down at night in 27 degree, freezing drizzle. I walked 1.5 miles to this store- the closest. My 70+ yo mother in law was stuck in the vehicle and I just wanted to get her home. I walked in- on the phone trying to get help- and went to the battery parts. A twenty-something male clerk walked over and demanded I show him what I put in my pocket ... I turned out an id, three credit cards and $160 in cash -- so then he accused me of slipping something in my pants... I have never stolen anything-- when I told him he could search for himself He told me to leave - he wasn t going to sell me anything... I was dumbfounded... I asked please, I asked him for christian compassion-- no go...\r
I have never been treated so poorly. I ended up having to walk another 1.5 miles in freezing drizzle to the O Reiley s on Lemmon... Do yourself a favor.... avoid this Autozone store. The O Reiley s is east on Lemmon only a little ways from this store-- the young ladies behind the counter are very pleasant and knowledgeable... there really is no need to support folks like the ones running this Autozone... Kismet...
