Not a good experience! I got hit during our local snow storm back in the beginning of Feb... My insurance company suggested Auto Tech, so I thought okay. I called them the day after the wreck and they said they would send out a tow truck that day.. The day went by and no tow truck. I called them and told them that they didn't have my car. The man working there was confused. I should have hung up then and said never mind. So, they sent a tow truck the next day, which didn't come until later in the day. Not early in the morning like auto tech said. I called after a week to see how the progress was going. "great they said, should be done in a few days." Another week went by. I called, they said they were waiting on a wheel. Okay... Another week went by, I called again (notice I am having to make all the calls!) Again, we were waiting on a wheel. 3 weeks went by.
