Rude and arrogant service manager - racist too \r
Unless your car breaks down in front of Team Nissan and all of the other service shops disappear - this should be your only reason to go there. \r
The service department is HORRIBLE!! they will rip you off and tear up your car just to keep you coming back. The service managers are rude and arrogant, especially to African Americans. They never want to admit they are wrong. \r
Our car had an oil leakthey repaired it for $400. The very next day, the car started smoking and running hot, we took it back, the charged us $200 to repair the Thermostat. THEN the car still ran hot, they said it was the radiator..IT STILL RAN HOT!!!! They then told us ""They didn't know what was wrong with it"" and we would have to PAY MORE MONEY TO FIND OUT!!! What THE??? We were LIVID!!! We didn't go in with the problems that the car had AFTER we got it fixed.THEN for them to tell us they ""didn't know what was wrong with it unless we paid more money is a TOTAL SCAM."" .they need to be investigatedIt's no wonder they are behind TOYOTA, GM, VOLKSWAGAN, HYUNDAI, KIA FORD AND HONDA!!!!! This store gives the company a bad name \r
