Where does my irritation with this company begin? Even though my payment have never been more than two days late and I pay two payments at a time....if my payment is due on Monday and they don't get it by Tuesday morning at 8:00 AM, I can expect the phone calls to begin. Including those to my 85 and 87 year old grandparents (that I did not even use as references...these people should be able to find bin Laden). And please do not mention that when you do call them, they bad mouth their fellow employees and tell you the information the previous person gave you was wrong and that they "are so old, they should have fired her a long time ago". I understand that they want to know where their money is..but what is hard to figure out when you look at a person's payment history, see they have consistently paid, they are not interested in running away with the vehicle....why then do you call and harrass everyone they know. And how embarrassing. Then you have your friends and family calling you and they know more about your finances than you do.
If you can get financed through someone else....PLEASE DO!!! I wouldn't even recommend this company to my husband's baby mama...and I can't stand her. ;-)
Pros: Easy to get financed and rebuild credit
Cons: They are rude, harrassing, and unprofessional.
