I am extremely dissatisfied with your customer service. Your site says ships in 24-48 hours.
I placed my order on May 16th. After a week I had to call and find out that the headliner was on back order. I called at least 2 other times even though I was told that I would be contacted about when to expect shipment. I called again on May 27th and still was not able to find out any kind of time frame. I called again on Tuesday morning May 31th and was told I would be called back today. Around 2pm I called and again got vague answers. I asked if the top and headliner could be shipped by June 1st, one day expedited and the shipping be free. I was told I would be called back. Finally at 4pm I received a call that the order was to be shipped tonight and it would only take a day or 2 so NO to expedited shipping and NO to free. I was told that $12.00 can be deducted from the shipping of $35.31.
Let me understand this. I wait 2 weeks for an order to ship, I make 99% of the contact to check my order status. Not once was I phoned or emailed about the delay. AND the best you can do to satisfy a customer is $12.00?
