This is now Autonation Subaru instead of Go Subaru. We bought a new Subaru last week, so this is a review of sales only, not the service department. Ann Marie was our sales contact via the internet, and Erik handled the paperwork in the finance department. This was a cash sale, with no trade in and no financing to complicate matters, so it was as simple as you can get. We shopped seven dealerships, and Ann Marie offered us the best price by far. It was so good we suspected there might be a catch when we went to the dealership to close the deal, but there were no catches, and no pressure for upgrades or anything else. Both Ann Marie and Erik briefly explained some options packages, which we declined, but neither of them tried to pressure us at all. This was a very smooth, clean, no-pressure sale at an exceptionally good price, and we are very pleased with the transaction.
