I searched in pretty much a 750-mile radius of home for the Jeep Wrangler Unlimited Sport that met my specifications, and wound up making a 550-mile trip down to Littleton, CO to purchase my new vehicle. Best car buying experience! \r After going to a different dealership and having a poor experience with a typical ""pushy"" car dealer, I was referred to AutoNation by a friend. I am so glad that I was as the entire experience was great from start to finish.\r \r I worked with Alex (and Matt as well) who was wonderful. He listened to what I wanted from the beginning via email and provided me with great options. When I actually went to the dealership, he was ready to go with cars waiting for me to see and test drive. He was patient with me explaining the different options and looking for jeeps that best met my needs. The entire experience was very painless and quick. I walked away having purchased a new jeep within a couple of hours. \r \r I had to leave the jeep to get some after market add-ons and when I picked up the jeep it was an equally positive experience. Everything was ready to go with my beautiful car and Alex took the time to explain everything to me and walk through the different functions. Even after the purchase Alex and the rest of the team have been great with following up and making sure all is well with my new jeep.\r \r I would highly recommend AutoNation Chrysler Jeep Broadway and especially Alex to anyone purchasing a new car. I took my car in for the 1st oil change and am very happy with the quality of work, attention to detail, and the professionalism of the staff. As soon as I drove into the service area, 2 gents walked up to my car opened the hood and filled the washer fluid and the cooling fluid, they looked at my wipers (front and rear). WOW! I have never had any attention like that at any other Denver Jeep dealers. Once in and ready for service Marek advised me that there was an updated necessary to be performed on my car and that it would be done in this visit. Once again WOW! Other dealers can't wait to get you in and out. I'll be back and you can bet that when I'm ready I'll buy my new car there. more

Stop giving FORD Motor Company a bad name 7/27/2011

They say the loaner car is free and then when you get it they say you have to pay?!? Please do not let this stop you from buying a Ford from another dealer because Ford makes great cars!!! more


I bought a 98 Ford Contour from Go Courtesy Ford. Two weeks after that the car started showing severe transmission problems. On the carfax report it was showing the dealership had flushed the transsmission fluid few months prior, thus obviously masking the problem so they can sell the car not mentioning anything about it. They made sure it doesnt show before it is too late to return the car. LOW AND DISHONEST. In addition when I called them about it they said they will do some ""homework"" and will call me right back. Never heard from them again. This is a dealership acting more like a shady rip off streets dealer. AVOID THEM! \r more

Four years later and I could write the EXACT same review as meekocat - discussed over the phone my financial situation - had a car picked out - oh gee it sold on your way down here - BUT - lets look at this one for more than what I wanted to spend or payments I could afford. DO NOT Buy a Ford Here 11/17/2010

We purchased a new 2010 F150 with special a special wheel package that the dealership had purchased and installed prior to us ever looking at the vehicle. When we found that these wheels were causing problems with the truck and went back to this dealership for help. They first said they would fix the problem, but when they could not fix it they changed their tune and began to say it was not their problem because the wheels and tires were not stock. They first offered us some options but the next day they took those options back. In my opinion this is the most dishonest Ford dealership I ever purchased a vehicle from and I have bought many Ford vehicles because I was a Ford employee for many years and their product is the best! So in conclusion if you want to buy a Ford vehicle I suggest you DO NOT go to GO COURTESY FORD. more


Don't bother with Courtesy Ford if you have a bankruptcy and no money down. In spite of my being honest with them regarding my credit history, they still invited me to come down and look at a car. The original car I had contacted them about had been ""sold"". I agreed to look at the other car, which I just loved. They ran my credit before I even got there. I put in a credit app. I also told them I did not want to put any money down. The purchase price of the car and taxes would have been financed by anyone as the total amount was right at the retail blue book price. They told me they would call the next day and let me know if I was financed. I did not take the car. I never received a call back from them. I called 2 days later and I was told they were still waiting to hear from the bank. I was also told that I had a good chance of getting a 15% interest rate even with my bankruptcy. They told me they would have my salesman call the next day as he was off. I waited until 2pm for a call back and finally called. I was forced to leave a vm for my salesman. Lo and behold, I received a vm back from stating that the car had been sold the day after I looked at it, but they were having a sale in a couple of weeks!!! WTF??? I called and spoke to a manager who said they do not hold cars, even after you've gone down and put in a credit app for it. He asked if I wanted them to keep looking...I told him to go to H***. Not now, not ever, will I go back to Courtesy Ford. Apparently if you don't have 1,000 down payment that they can keep after you've taken the car home and can't get financed, they won't bother with you. There are too many dealerships out there that can help people like me rebuild their credit. Screw Courtesy Ford. more
