Aussie Pet Mobile

I just want to express my appreciation for a great service and a truly wonderful experience for my pet, Buckeye!! My dog is always very nervous when going to the groom shop (and I've tried several!) so I thought I would try mobile grooming. This service is not only wonderful and less stressful for my pet, but extremely professional!! The groomers are professionally dressed and very courteous and knowledgeable, the van is impeccably clean and Buckeye has never looked better!! The groomers were also very loving toward my pet and he came into the house happy and excited. As far as I'm concerned, Aussie Pet Mobile is the best pet grooming service out there and I will be recommending it to all of my friends!! This was my first time using a mobile groomer, and it took a long time for me to find someone who would actually return my call. I called Aussie Pet Mobile and my phone call was returned within an hour. I still am waiting on about 3 different mobile groomers to call me back. I am extremely picky with my bichon, and frankly, this was the absolute best haircut my dog has ever had. The hair grew back evenly, she smelled good, and my groomer knew what she was talking about. I didn't pay much more than your average groom shop, but overall, it's worth it to me. I'd pay anything to know my dog was being treated well and actually being groomed properly. This was my first experience with a mobile groomer. I found overall appearance and first impression of the staff to be pleasant. However, I did feel they were expensive. The haircuts my dogs received were just average in comparison to other groomers I have used in the past for a much lower cost. Therefore, I am hesitant to use this service again. AMAZING!! My dogs are finally comfortable while being groomed. They shake whenever they get in the car to go to the groomer; they are absolutely mortified! With Aussie, they come right to your door (saves me on gas). It's clean, convenient, and another perk, the groomer was on time! Although this service costs a little more than going to a groom shop, it's money well spent. The groom looked fantastic and my dogs didn't come back traumatized like previous trips to the groomer.
