I just recently took my car here like last week..to get a lock fixed. First of all they never give you a Audi as a loaner car. They always say that they are out of Audi loaner cars. I dropped the car off at the dealership in the morning at 8 and then went to work. I come back in the evening to pick up the car & I realize that my car (being under company warranty and the lock takes them only 30 mins to fixed) has not been touched and they make me wait an hour to fix it. Finally they get the car to me after an hour and I check the lock and it still has the same problem. I tell the service advisor that the lock is not fixed and he tell me that all locks of Audi's are fragile and if we jerk it a little, it'll come open. Comme on... don't tell me I paid $40,000 for a car that open up if I slighly jerk the lock... Anyways..not at all impressed with the work they were doing here and also the service guys have an attitude here....I'll never bring my car back here....
