If you want a taste of really good middle eastern food Atlantis is the place to go. The service is amazing, and the quality of a great dining experience is bar none. A few of my friends and I went to Atlantis to have some lunch, it was our first time there, i must say that they have a returning customer for sure, and i know that my friends will be back for more, whether its for take out or having lunch or dinner or hookah and drinks they are very generous and deserve to be applauded. My husband and I went to Atlantis for lunch at a friend's recommendation - it was the BEST mediterranean food we have ever had...big portions, very flavorful, moist filet mignon and chicken, awesome salads and appetizers! After reading other's reviews, i agree with the good ones and think that the other folks must have confused this restaruant with somewhere else...we found the prices very reasonable and the servers were attentive and friendly. we liked it so much that we brought our family (5 adults, 2 kids) back the next day for lunch again - seven of us enjoyed a huge lunch for under a $100! we are talking appetizers, salads, and excellent entrees like cornish game hen (noted on the menu as their ""tastiest dish"" and it is fabulous!!), quail, flap steak, & shrimp all grilled perfectly over the mesquite flame. And the desserts.....YUMMMM - the fruit tart was fresh and pretty; and the traditional custard with bananas, pistachios, honey and a splash of rose scented syrup was amazing! i will be returning for lunch and dinners with clients, friends, and family as often as I can. For parents - the patio seating with couches and pillows is great for little kids - and everything was CLEAN! Deciding where to pick up dinner on the way home from work just got a lot easier!! This place is amazing! everyone that works there is so nice....especially the girl during the day. she made me feel so special. the food there is amazing and the setup is just as great. I love there Fatoush, so good and healthy. weekends there are even better they have hookahs, great food, and great belly dancers! also very clean and comfy, everyone in town and out of town should stop by and really enjoy this amsazing place! Oh my GOD best place ever! I walked in for lunch ended up coming back for dinner with family. Staff was very friendly at the same time professional. Food was awesome. Very tasty, and beautiful presentation. You know the chef cares for the person eating. Silverware and everything inbetween was sparkling. If you're hungry or want to mingle this is the place to be. They have great Americanzed Meditteranean food, friendly staff, great music, hookahs, and beautiful ambiance. I highly recommend this place. Walk in once and you'll be there again and again. The Atlantis hosted a party for me and it was amazing! \r The staff took excellent care of me and my rather large party. I had searched all over and was so pleased to find a cozy restaurant and night club that would meet my needs.\r The food is divine and all of the table service was excellent. I found that I enjoyed myself completely. The location is perfect. It is close to the 210 freeway and not far from other freeway access. \r The atmosphere is ""enchanting"" it will make you want the experience to last for more than just one night. There is something for everyone. \r The entertainment seems endless. The party was catered to my taste. I appreciate all that was done for me and look forward to planning my next event here.\r In my profession I come in contact with many different people, I highly recommend The Atlantis to anyone who is looking outside the box and wants an amazing dining experience.\r If you are looking to just have drinks and lounge this place is for you. HUGE improvement now that managment changed. went with a group of 20 for a birthday and had a fantastic time. Great customer service and fantastic food. They have belly dancers and a DJ on Fridays and Saturday nights. We even tried the hukas :) I work close by and im happy to say now that they are OPEN FOR LUNCH we go there every week with my co-workers. When we are a big group we call ahead and they have the food ready for us when we sit at the table. This way we are within our 1hr lunch time. YOU DONT GET THAT TYPE OF SERVICE ANYWHERE ELSE. I can't believe the ""horrible"" reviews! I have come here on many occasions with family and friends. It has a great ambiance, DELICIOUS food, and the prices are reasonable compared to similar restaurants. The belly dancers have given a different show each time I have seen them, complete with costumes. The servers are great, they always treat me like family. If you don't give it a chance you are missing out! I have yet to have a bad experience. I highly recommend it. Pros: Music, Parking, Food, Service Cons: Not open for lunch more

A big group of us went to Atlantis for dinner on a Friday night. The restaurant had ample parking and was easy to find. It had a simple decor with dim lighting and had both indoor and outdoor tables. This is where the positives end...The staff had terrible customer service. We were waiting on a few more people at my table when the waiter brought out some salad, he told my boyfriend and I ""Don't eat everything since you have more friends coming!"". There was food for clearly four to six more people! The other waitress seemed inexperienced as she spilled some of my drink on me before she could set it down the table! The food was below-average and mediocre! It was either very salty or dry. I have had better filafel and hummus from a fast-food place. The belly dancer was entertaing but was average. At the end of the night, we were surprised to find that we were charged double! When they corrected the bill, they did not adjust the gratuity and tax accordingly! This place will rob you blind if you're not careful. Overall, this was a horrible dining experience. I do not recommend this place to anyone! If I could rate it lower than one star I would! This place is incredibly overpriced and the staff is horribly inflexible. We were quoted a price of $35 per person for dinner and entertainment (belly dancer). That seemed reasonable so we made a reservation for 17 people.\r \r Well, unfortunately for us, only 13 people actually showed up. So at the beginning of dinner, before any of the food was served, I notified the manager that we only had 13 people showing up instead of the 17. He said we would still have to pay for 17 people because the restaurant buys food on a daily basis for the number of people that are being served. I thought that was very odd, because that would mean that the restaurant wouldn't have enough food for walk-in customers. I asked the manager if he would do some kind of discount for us since we had such a large group and he told me to sit down, enjoy the meal and he'll work something out for our group.\r \r So we sat down and had the meal. I was expecting the food to be excellent since the manager told me that the food was bought and prepared fresh daily. Well, I was sadly disappointed. The hummus was good but not great. The fallafel was over-spiced and dry. All of the meats were overcooked and they did not even use high quality cuts of meat. There was NO fillet mignon, just ground beef and skirt steak and unfortunately dry and overcooked. There was no dessert either.\r \r The bill came and they did not even give us any type of discount which was assured to me. They still charged us for 17 people even though we only had 13. We even spent over $700 on alcohol and they did not even give us a round of drinks. I hate this place and you can't trust these people. They are horrible with customer service, lie, cheat and almost even steal from their customers. They even overcharged us on tax and gratuity.
