Wilmington's Best 10/24/2011

As a New resident of WIlmington I have found throuth trial and some costly errors that Atlantic is the best of the best. Efficient, Helpfull and priced just right for my budget. It is nice to know that I don't have to worry about maintaining my car any longer. Atlantic does that for me. more

Great, reliable and trustworthy service! 10/21/2011

I have been having problems with my car for the past 6 months and I took it to numerous mechanics that(I now realize) were just doing temporary fixes on my car to get it to run. Because the larger problem was never being dealt with, I continued to have car problems. Finally, I found Atlantic Car Care and I could not be more thankful. For the first time I had someone tell me the truth about what was going on with my car and ACTUALLY FIX THE PROBLEM!! I am beyond excited and would recommend them to anyone I know. THANK YOU! more

Preventive Service 10/6/2011

Went in because of check engine light coming on. They did a thorough diagnostic and informed me of the problem and some other things to address before they became a problem. Everything was detailed in order of importance, and they don't tell you what you don't need. Courteous, professional, say what the problem is and what needs to be done to fix it. more

Quick and easy 9/29/2011

I went in for an oil change without an appointment and was taken care of quickly. They pointed out some items in need of attention but didn't pressure me to have the repairs made. I agreed to have my air filter replaced and think $22 was reasonable for that item. more

Great service, good pricing, trustworthy, great place to do business, Hands down the best place to take your car or truck for maintinance or to diagnose a problem. a little high for some of the bigger repairs but compariable with most places around. I have taken multiple vehicles to atlantic and always had fast, fair and good service. more

Very attentive, above and beyond what you expect from an automotive service company. I got a call from them after I dropped my car of saying that the services were completed, giving me some additional recommended services and the cost of each-letting me pick and choose what to do now and what to wait on. Always friendly and do great work! more

Air conditioning system 8/30/2011

05 Chevy Equinox compressor repair. Was very informative about the problem and the corrective action needed to fix it. No surprise charges when the work was completed. more

Above and Beyond 8/23/2011

Atlantic Car Care is the place for me. Such personal service...they even drove me to work while my oil was being changed. They explain everything so thoroughly and are just plain..."on the ball". I need that in my auto maintenance. I highly recommend for anyone to use Atlantic Car Care. more

Buyer beware on estimates! 7/18/2011

We were quoted and agreed too on a specific hourly cost to install a part. The reason we came there in the first place was to avoid the dealer cost. The make of the car, type and year were given when we signed the estimate. One hour later they called back to say that after putting in the VIN number the estimate increased by 275%!!!!. They claimed they did not know just how extensive the labor cost would be even after giving them the car type and year. I question whether the mechanic was even experienced enough to recognize where the part belonged. We chose not to have Atlantic Care do the repair and instead went back to dealer who beat their price by 20%!! Classic bait and switch... more

Mike has a friendly and trustworthy vibe, and I trust him and his techs to do quality work and use quality products. I'm glad to see you guys have recently added a new customer bathroom, new landscaping, and Keurig single-serve coffee. Thanks Jackie for the personal attention and ride home and pick while my Jeep was repaired. She always explains the estimate of work needed, and the list of preventative maintenance items I can add. No pressure, just explanations. They guarantee their work, and provide a voucher for free towing for 90 days after the service date. Thanks! [Jake] more

Great experience as usual! Am very comfortable when waiting for my car - good coffee; clean facilities. Staff very friendly and accomodating to each person's needs. Wouldn't bring my car anywhere else! more
