Their communications with customers is dismal. Their attitude is cavalier. They do not provide either prompt or courteous service. If my bags were not under warranty, I sure as heck would never darken their door. And, although my two bags are due to be returned tomorrow, as of noon today, they do not even know if they will be able to repair one of the bags and really didn't care to explain. Their "whatever" attitude was disconcerting to say the least. Shame on Andiamo for letting such a bad company service their very expensive bags.
