Was charged double what I was quoted and for no real actual reason except some BS story about having to open something up.

Recently had my dryer cleaned by Atlanta Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning company. The prices were reasonable and the service was fast. The Tech that came to my home was friendly and informative. I was very pleased with the service and I will absolutely use this company again. more

I had them come to clean my chimney dryer vent and air duct all reasonably priced done within a timely manner and the techs were on time as well. they did a good job and i was happy to hand them my money. they did great service more

I have had my house for well over 2 years and I have not cleaned my carpets since then. I tried scrubbing & doing my best to get the stains out as much as I could. I also called another professional cleaning service in which they did not do the job right. I began to grow inpatient. I found a website to Atlanta Carpet and Air Duct Cleaning. I called them as soon as i saw the number and decided to go for this. They were GREAT. They got rid of the smells held within the carpet, They removed all stains and spots spotless clean, and my carpets felt so soft after. I really enjoy having them over. The price is within the price range i can afford and they were on time. They even called 30 minutes before they came letting me know they were on their way! more

I could not have asked for any more than I received. I had a dog made emergency ..... messes all over ... when I came home. Love my dogs, but what a mess. I cleaned up as much as possible and called Atlanta Carpet. To my amazement, they came to my house within 12 hours!!!! They cleaned my carpets to the point that they looked like new and smelled great. THEY ARE GREAT! I would recommend them to anyone and everyone! Thank you for being so professional and efficient. more

I found a fantastic carpet cleaning company out their!!!! Ben really impressed me on what he can do. I liked how you could see the BIG difference when they were cleaning. Ben was very professional and his staff was great as well i was able to get an appointment the same week and they did great. I was really happy with the price. more

Ben did a great job, Carpet look and smell great, The pet treatment Service cleaned and deodorized. Other stains were lifted from the carpet too. I will definitely use this service again. Atlanta carpet and air duct cleaning was able to clean the carpets on short notice and the carpets look great more

Fantastic Duct Cleaning Service 11/3/2010

From initial contact online to finished work, service and kowledge of technicians was excellent. Home AC duct had not been serviced in 30 years. Incredible the amount of construction sheetrock being sucked up by the system vacuum. I was shocked by what came out of the vents, molded sheet rock paper and construction dust. I would recommend this compnay to anyone more

Rip off operation 4/4/2010

This is a rop off operation. They charged me close to $300 for a job that took less than 50 minutes and normally costs $90. the owner would not return mu phone calls and I'll never use them agan, They are connected to Service Magic who I'll never use again. Cons: charged for three hours of work that was completed in 30 min more

I called for my carpets to be cleaned,berber carpet i told her,she said 69.95 for 5 rooms.i had 3 rooms,1 hall way & stairs,they rolled up my rug on asked could they let it dry on the back porch,no problem. they left & forgot to clean the rug,i called back,they returned & wanted 20.00 to clean the rug.no thanks!i spent 100.00 for 3 rooms & a hall way.should have done it myself!!! First off, be warned of BOTH Reliable Carpet & Air Duct AND Atlanta Air Duct Cleaning because the same technician showed up representing both of them. I kid you not! They will tell you over the phone that they can do the job for around $70 for a two bedroom/two bath and then raise the price to $200 when they arrive. If you refuse the inflated price, they refuse to do the work. NO JOKE! Pros: None, nada, zippo, zilch. Cons: They are likely con-men or ex-cons, does that count? more
