This store is the worst. I have been with ATT for my cell phone over a decade and this store and their horrible employees single handedly made my wife and me decide to end our ties with ATT for not only both our cell phones, but also our land line, cable, and internet. \r \r They told me they could add my wife's phone line to my plan which forced me out of my grandfathered plan with unlimited data. However, after 4 full hours and multiple trips back to the store, they couldn't transfer my wife's phone to my plan and just said they don't know why but I'm out of luck. I tried to get my old plan back and they said too bad. They told me so many things that turned out to be wrong, they were very incompetent, rude, unprofessional, and could care less about losing customers...so we obliged them. That store and most of their employees, especially their manager, are just God awful...avoid them by all costs! more

I was pleasantly surprised to find such wonderful customer service recently on my trip in to AT&T in Sanford. My phone was having a issue with my phone which was taken care of promptly. I don't think customer service could get any better. The customer service representative that helped me was Jessica and I hope her company recognizes her as a great asset with a great attitude. more

Unprofessional staff. Questionable business practices. 11/10/2008

On the opening day of the iPhone 3G, I stopped by this store to upgrade my 1st gen iPhone. The sales manager stated that I did not qualify for the $199 upgrade; just for the reduced pricing at $299, so I left the store. Unconvinced, I called AT&T customer service and was told that I indeed qualified. Stopped by the store one more time and the salesman stopped short of calling me a liar and would not even consider calling AT&T customer service to clarify the issue.\r \r I opted to go to another AT&T store (Orange City). I was in and out within 15 minutes with my $199 upgrade - no issues whatsoever. Pros: Convenient location Cons: unhelpful staff more
