I went yesterday to look at frames and found them very pricey here, though a good selection. However, the customer care person was a bit rude too. I was greeted when I first came in, but when I said I needed a minute to look around, the woman disappeared into the back room. After a few minutes I headed back there to get her attention, but she ignored me for 5 minutes while she chatted away with someone else. Finally she came out.\r
I told her I wanted spring back styled temples in a new frame, and new lenses in my old pair too. She was actually very helpful once we got going, but when I asked about pricing I was surprised how expensive they were. She asked about insurance and I told I didn't have any. Then I asked if they had any discounts and she said she'd knock off 10%. \r
After some thought, I decided to keep shopping around.
