The Oak Creek Aspen Dental office visit I recently had was great!
However, I am from Racine, WI & chose to drive to Oak Creek because the Racine office experience was not good. I took a morning off to receive a cancer screening, confirmed my visit, arrived on time, was shown to a procedure chair & waited for approx 15 minutes as they looked for the chemical needed & they returned to tell me they did not have it. Lost morning for nothing! Ok, it happens. They said they would call me when it arrived & I waited about 8 days, I called & they had it, I asked why they never called & received no good answer. I arrived for procedure, paid for procedure, they had no change. So I had to put the change towards my next visit. I scheduled my next visit to fill a lost filling but they refused to do the procedure until after my cleaning. (Please understand, I first went to the Racine office because I lost the filling, to this point over 3 weeks had passed from my first visit where they took X rays & did the exam) so I made an appointment for the cleaning, which they would only do before the filling. The day before the cleaning, I called the Racine office in hopes to be able to do the filling as well or instead of the cleaning (as by now, 4 weeks later) it was hurting. I received what I took as, I was bothering them, so out of frustration I just canceled the visit. In hopes of being able to stop the pain I called the Oak Creek Aspen Dental office, explained my situation & they had me in the chair in 2.5 hours!!

*Dr. Morton, the X Ray person & one of the office personnel at Racine were Great! Thank you. (But just them in Racine!) as for the Oak Creek people, they were all great & funny!!
