I went to Aspen Dental because it was on my network of dentists as my normal dentist doesn't do extractions. It was a terrible experience. I was there 15 minutes early to do the normal first time patient paperwork, after that I sat for an 1 1/2 hours in the waiting room to be called in to be seen by the dentist, another 1/2 hour to wait for the 2 minutes it took her to look at my tooth and then to inform me that they only have 1 dentist that performs extractions and he is only there once a month. I was very upset when in left asking why I was not told they were running 2 hours behind schedule, and found out only 1 dentist was there the other had called off.\r
They took an xray and I was sent to the desk to leave and make an appointment for my extraction, which I did. They sure want to make certain that they get their money, they complained about my insurance not calling them back right away, etc. \r
I will not be returning back there again, they did my extraction and I was not in the least impressed with the way they run the business. It was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend them to anyone!!
