We ordered a vegetable yakisoba. We tried to eat it, but it tasted terrible. The taste was like it had gone bad, rotten or rancid, and the texture of the noddles was mush. It was the worst food I've ever received at a teriyaki place. We told them that the food tasted terrible, and we would like our money back. Since we ate the rice that come with it, we said a partial refund would be ok. They said no, they will not refund us anything. We asked for a partial refund again. At this point the owner became sarcastic, he asked, "Oh, would you like a cash refund?" We said yes, and the he replies, "no we don't do that", at actually laughed at us. He kept trying claiming that they "tested" the food and it tasted fine, and that we don't know what yakisoba should taste like. We've have it many times before in other teriyaki places, and regardless it should not taste rotten or rancid. If I could give negative stars, I would for this place.
Its ok that a restaurant makes a mistake and sends out food that doesn't taste good, but its totally unacceptable when they refuse to acknowledge their mistake and fix it.
