The workers working behind the counter are not very helpful, and do not hide the fact that they do not enjoy their job. On one occasion, my friend's tanning account was deleted, and the worker didn't offer any sympathy or reimburse the lost tans. The overall price for this chain is, however, better than the average tanning salon, and often has coupons and specials in the paper. more

Best Tanning and Service! 10/31/2008

I love tanning at Ashley Lynn's. They have great hours so anytime I am ready to tan they are open! Also, there are so many locations around the Omaha area ? and you can tan at ANY of them! The staff is very knowledgeable about tanning and lotions. They also help promote the positive effects of UV light and Vitamin D! The pricing is great - a package or membership for anyone?s needs! They have been around for a while and definitely know how to run a business! Thanks for my great tan! Pros: Excellent Staff and Customer Service, Great Results, Good Sales Cons: I can't seem to get there often enough! more

Not recommended 7/24/2005

The staff was rude, they didn't know anything about tanning and my skin. The products were overpriced. The beds were old. I didn't find anything good about this place. more
