Beware of their lay away policy. After they had my money for almost 90 days, I called to arrange the final payment and was told it was on back order, and would be several more weeks before arriving, yet no one told me there was a delay. ""It's not our policy to tell customers that items are not in stock until the final payment is made."" So let me get this straight, they know they sold an item, that the final payment was due at a specific date, that most reasonable customers would want to pick up their purchase when paid in full, but you know the item is not available...doesn't that sound like fraud, deceit, and deception? Good customer service would call a client as soon as the information of a back order item was known, giving the customer the option to hold off on the final payment until the item was available. Not so with Ashley's. I had to fight to get my money back in full without a $50 cancellation fee. They claim to have a 14 day customer cancellation policy, but beware, that is from purchase day...not delivery or pick up day! Still waiting on the refund...partial credit refund on a debit purchase!!! and part via ""check's in the mail"" for payments made by check. I will never suggest Ashley's to anyone!!!
