This Ashley's branch is terrible! We have been dealing with issues on our purchase for three months now. We had a home fire and needed to replace all of our furniture. We spent over $10,000. Thanks to their customer DISservice, we had to sleep on the floor for an extra month, because the bed they kept delivering was defective. We were told in the store that we had to purchase three protection plans from Montage (totaling $1,300), otherwise the protection would be voided on all other furniture if we put in a claim. After a few weeks, I only received two protection plans via email. The manager, Brigitte Cortes gave me the number for Montage and told me to go call myself. After weeks, and months of calling back and forth, Montage told me that I only needed to purchase one plan, and the information the store gave me was false; I can use the same plan on multiple pieces of furniture, that its covered up to $30,000 worth of furniture, and that it would not void coverage on any other piece. I called the Zarzamora Ashley's multiple times, and asked how much one plan would be on the amount we spent; one rep said $700 and another told me $500. I called today and spoke to the manager Suanne DeLeon, who gave me the same story. When I provided her with the information that Montage gave me, she agreed that they had made a mistake but said, "Oh, well we're not going to refund you." I also called customer care, who told me to call Montage to see if they would refund me. This is absolutely unacceptable!
