I purchased a new leather sectional yesterday (4/5/13) and had it delivered yesterday. The sectional is too big for the room, I admit fault at a mistake in measuring. I call the sales person as soon as I get home to discuss options. I am told flatly, no, that a return or exchange is impossible. I am not trying to get my money back and I even stated I would be happy to pay a restock fee. I actually want to spend more money in the store for a better piece. Terrible customer experience. This can be fixed with ease but yet nothing. I cannot see any possible chance of future business if this is how you are treated. I was NOT informed of this no return/exchage policy at time of purchase.
