They obviously don't care if you've spent thousands of dollars with them because the customer service really is terrible. I bought an armoire from them, and the furniture was delivered outside of the time that was quoted to me. Needless to say that I missed the delivery, and was told that I would have to set another time and date. Also be charged another $80.00. After talking to several managers, they tried to make it seem like it was my fault that nobody was home when they delivered. It is one thing that they didn't believe me when I told them the time I was told the furniture would be delivered, but it is another thing that for someone who has previously spent thousands of dollars with this store on a whole living room set that they couldn't even work with me on this matter. I also tried to cancel the order while going through this inconvenience and was told I would be charged $300.00 restocking fee.I will never shop there again and I will never recommend this store to anyone.
