I bought 2 massage/heat recliners approximately 3 years ago. They were $400 a piece. On one of them, the recline-handle broke within 3 weeks or normal use, and on the other one, the massage/heat stopped working around the same time. I personally went to Furniture Zone and explained the problem. They assured me that they would pick them up and take the to their repair center later on the same day. No one showed up for 2 weeks. I called them 3 times. Every time I was told that someone would come by that day. After 2 weeks, a repair person came by and fixed the massage/heat, but he didn't have a replacement for the recline-handle. He said he would take care of it within 2 or 3 days. We waited again for about 3 weeks. I personally went by Furniture Zone to find out what the problem is. I was told that they forgot to order the part, but would do so immediately and the part would be in within a few days and someone would come by the house then to fix it. A couple of weeks went by again, and still no word. When I called, I was told that they had ordered the part, but it didn't show up with their deliveries. Had to wait another week or so. No one ever showed up, and no one called.... The whole chair fell apart in the meantime and we had to throw it away. Never heard from Furniture Zone again...! And I haven't been there since then. So, understandibly, I do not recommend them at all.
