I bought a fouton that caved-in in only TWO WEEKS!!!! I mean the fouton was too bad that I couldn't sit on it. I called Ashley's furniture (since I was still on the warranty) and I told them about the problem, they said they are going to charge me $22.00 just for them to come and check the fouton even though the fouton was on a warranty!! when I asked them why I have to pay, they replied that since I delivered my own furnitures every time I call they are ging to charge me $22.00 just for them to come in and check the problem.\r
After I paid the $22.00, a technician came in and inspect the fouton and said that the fouton has NO SUPPORT!!!! so he open it and he put some tape and nails, etc... Long story short, he couldnt fix the fouton and he said that I cannot return it.\r
So I am stuck with $300.00 fouton that I cannot sit on!!!
Cons: Bad furniture, bad products, bad customer service.
