Hello good people of Cincinnati. I just wanted to let you know about the inept customer service at Ashley Furniture. First let me start off by saying they have pretty good furniture and we have spent at least $5000 at this store. I recieved a frequent customer flyer in the mail so the family and I decided to go check it out. We eventually spent $2800 on some furniture and accesories. The salesman said everything would be delivered all on the same day. Low and behold I recieve a call about a week later from the salesman saying that the accesories (lamps, candle holders,end tables, etc..) will not be delivered when the furniture is delivered. Just a minor problem, no big deal. A week later the furniture is delivered and the coffee table and end tables are with the furniture but not the other accesories (rug,candle holders, picture,lamp). The guys who delivered the furniture said that I will have to go back to the store to pick up my accesories because they dont deliver accesories. Another problem right. I call the store and the saleman said the accesories would be at the store in a week. A week later I called and my salesman wasn't in so I spoke to a office manager and he said it would be two more weeks. Two weeks later pass and I explained that I was getting very upset and my wife is beyond upset and we want our accesories for the holidays. Another guy tells me the stuff will be in Monday which is another week later, so I tell him I will come pick it up Tuesday. On Tuesday I have one foot out the door and something told me to call to make sure Im not wasting my time gas. Once again I get the it's not here story. So I explained to the lady on the phone the situation and she pushed me off to my original salesman and he says that he will call me back. Now while writing this review, my salesman calls me back which is about 2 hours later, and tells me I can come pick it up tommorrow. So well see how this one turns out. I will never spend another dime from my pocket at and Ashley Furniture. Thanks for listening people.
