Took my car in to get AC serviced and Ashby's called me and said freon was low and that I needed to change my timing change. I agreed and had it done. All was well until I got into my car thinking that the AC would blow cold air sooner than it did, but to my surprise it cycled cool then warm air. I was hot, no pun intended, that the air wasn't working properly. I then called Ashby's the next day or two and told Hope, who is the greatest receptionist to talk to, about my issue and she said we will take care of it. I dropped it off that evening and she called me the next day to tell me that there was an issue with their equipment and that it contaminated the freon they put into my car, so had to recover all the freon and put new in. It works like a charm now. So, it's good to have a working AC and preventive maintenance done, but it sucks to have to inconvenience my family cause your car is in the shop. I would recommend Ashby's to all.
