Let me start by saying that I would have never eaten at this restaurant if my boss had not taken me there for my review. Hotel restaurants should be in a class of their own, but this one is pretty good. It is at the very top of the Hilton hotel, which isn't the tallest building around, but the view is wonderful. You can see most of the downtown core as well as beautiful Elliott Bay. I've been there for lunch twice now and there are so many things going for this place. As I mentioned, there's a killer view. A huge plus in my book: it is never crowded. I've found that you need a reservation for lunch at most nicer restaurants downtown, but not here. And the prices are right on par with the other restaurants in town, about $10-15 for a lunch entrée. The food is pretty good as well. Not excellent, but what you lose in taste you certainly make up for in atmosphere. I will definely come here during the crazy holiday-shopping time when every place other place is full to the brim.
