By far the best veterinary hospital I've ever been too! Dr. Kelly Best is the Best! As well as all the other staff. They are very friendly, kind & truly caring. You can tell they all really love what they do. The hospital environment is very clean and animal/kid friendly. I truly recommend this clinic to anyone who wants the Best care for your animal! Thanks Arvada Flats Vet you all are awesome! more

The Best 8/11/2011

While in the mountains sitting around the fire at a resort one weekend, a man mentioned he was a specialty Vet from Genessee. I told him I took my ""kids"" to Arvada FLats and he said this is THE BEST vet clinic around! That confirmed my opinion. They first helped us 11 years ago when we had to put our beloved Westie down -- they sent a donation to CSU school of Vet medicine's cancer research in his name. Since then, our cat(s), ShiTzu and now our very crazy Lab mix is getting great treatment here. more

Awesome Vets! 5/5/2011

My neighbor recommended I try out Arvada Flats for my pets years ago but I've never had a reason to make an appointment until a few weeks ago when my dog became diabetic! I had no idea what was wrong with her and this clinic helped me out so much even in just the initial phone call! The receptionist found me an appointment that evening and reassured me by explaining exactly how the appointment would likely go... including an accurate estimate, which amazed me because she had no idea Burt would be diagnosed with diabetes!\r \r Over the couse of the next few days I became very familiar with many of the staff and three of the doctors as they worked hard to get rid of an infection that Burt had, in addition to teaching me about diabetes and getting Burt feeling better. The charges all seemed fair and when I had questions or wanted to go see Burt while he was hospitalized they had an 'open door policy' and everyone was so caring. (even one day when they had multiple surgeries going on- everyone was working so well together to take care of the patients) I witnessed the back of this hospital first hand on several occasions and am extremely impressed.\r \r I feel so good to have Burt back home gettting his little insulin injections and will not hesitate to take my cat Gypsy in to Arvada Flats soon as well. I will follow my neighbors lead and send everyone I know to Arvada Flats. I am so grateful for all that they have done! more

No problems here! 3/31/2010

I am very picky about vets and hate feeling like I'm going to a place to get ripped off like I always do when it comes to my car and not knowing a trade so they can charge what they want. This place is great because they won't take you to the cleaners and add crap to your bill that you didn't ask for. Sounds like its not a big deal but it is nice to have honesty especially when the economy sucks and your pet needs to go to the vet. more

I was referred to by a friend who went to Arvada Flats when they had the old building. The staff is great and very honest about what my dog needs and doesn't need. I am keeping my business at Arvada Flats more

Caring and supportive vet 3/31/2010

I was referred to by a friend who went to Arvada Flats when they had the old building. Even then she loved it and with the new building now her and I BOTH tell everyone how great it is. I have been to many vets and so many feel like I am always being taken for a ride on what my dog needs. The staff is open and very honest about what my dog needs and doesn't need. It's not about just money for them which I have found in the 20 years I have had several pets with other vets. I am keeping my business at Arvada Flats. Pros: Professional staff, new building more

Arvada Flats is awesome. I take my pets there and have been for years. The staff is extremely helpful, reliable and professional. They just opened a new facility and it's truly a place where I feel my pets are well taken care of. more

Arvada Flats is the place to go! 3/25/2010

I have been going going to Arvada Flats for years and live in Denver. I drive all the way there for professional staff, new state of the art facility and best of all, my cat is taken care of and comfortable. I have always been a fan of the entire staff and their professional demeanor. Thank Arvada Flats, see you soon! Pros: Best Pet care in Colorado! Cons: That they are not closer to my house! more

Caring Vets! 4/23/2007

I have visited Arvada Flats with my pets and love the doctors, I have met with all three, Dr. Bassett, Dr. Knoll, and Dr. Furst. I think they are informative and really take the time to talk with you about your pets, not in and out quickly. The staff seems very knowledgeable and caring as well. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone needing any type of care for their pets. more

good vets 9/9/2005

They are very kind people. The staff is great. The vets are very good at what they do. I have never had a problem with this place. The best thing is that they are nice to the animals. Our dogs used to love to go to them. We now go to a vet that is closer to our house. If we ever need another vet, I know where to go. PROS: vets and staff CONS: more
