Great Service 12/2/2014

I discovered Arty's through a co-worker who has been taking her car there for years and I was so happy I took my car there. They are located a few minutes from my work and offered a shuttle service which was great. The customer service was excellent. Their staff is kind and Arty himself even went over my estimate with me explaining all the work that was performed. I know I saved money, the dealer had been taking me for years but not anymore! I would recommend Arty's to anyone looking for a reputable friendly place to take their car for service!!!! more

I went to Arty's originally due to a weird noise my vehicle was making. Then right away they took my car in, diagnosed the problem, showed me exactly what the problem was, then spoke to me about costs and parts. The price was very reasonable, and now my truck is back to normal. I have been going there ever since. more

I was very surprised to see how honest and thorough this place is. I am a backyard mechanic & I do all of my own work. I went to Arty's yesterday for a state inspection, already knowing what I needed to pass. They got me in while I waited and they found the bad bushing on my suspension I already knew about. I really didn't think they would find it. They were very honest and the price was very reasonable. So I decided to just get it done. So I had them do it. They did a nice job and had me out in less than an hour. I don't normally write reviews but I really thought this was worth it. more

This is the cleanest shop I've ever been to. The staff was very friendly and honest. I was at a large chain store last week that told me I needed brakes and a lot of other work. Arty the owner actually took me out to my car and showed me my brakes, which I didn't need at all. But did show me a tie rod that was really bad that the other garage missed. I had them do the repairs, they did a great job and had me done quickly. I would recommend them to everyone I know. more

Took my vehicle here for an inspection, they told me they could squeeze me in (thank god) One of they service guy's even offered me a ride to work. Great shop! Definitely will be going to Arty's from now on! more

I just moved in the area. I went to Arty's for the first time yesterday. I needed to get my car inspected and they took me right in with no appointment. They thoroughly checked over everything and then the owner brought me out to the shop to show me a couple of minor things needed to pass. They also looked at everything at no charge. They were very informative and I really felt that they were looking out for my best interest. Most places just get you in and out and don't explain anything. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. more

Better than the dealer 5/3/2012

I went to Arty's a few weeks ago after getting completely frustrated with the local Dodge dealer. They got me right in with no appointment and diagnosed the running problem with my Ram the same day, prices were much better too. Rip-Offs - March 2012 3/19/2012

I received a coupon in the mail from Arty's and I went online to read reviews regarding his service. I decided to take my car in for my yearly inspection, my first mistake. I basically got riped-off and I was not pleased with Arty's work. I never had any problems with my car's keyless entry door locks in the six years I had the car, my passenger side door motor didn't work after picking up my car from Arty's, next they broke my wheel lock and then made me pay to replace all the lug nuts which don't have a lock. Also, my license plate was hanging by one screw, because of something they did, probably by getting into my trunk to get my wheel lock, which they broke, I needed to say that again. I was over charged in labor fees, which was ridiculous, my parts did not cost much at all, they kept my car for hours so that they could over charge me in labor fees, just to make money. Please don't take your car to Arty's, he over charges and then damages your car. I will not ever take my car there again and will let everyone I know what a horrible mechanic he is and how he over charges. Pros: null Cons: null more

Honest people AAA approved 5/14/2011

I have been a customer of Arty's for years. I made the mistake of going to a different shop closer to my work for a minor job, they tried telling me I needed brakes and other work that would total $850.00. So I went back to Arty's to verify what I was told. Arty himself brought me out to show me my brakes and other things. Thank goodness I went back to someone I trust to check it out. Turns out my brakes are not even half way worn & I only need some minor repairs totaling $220.00. If you want honest people and great service Arty,s is your best bet. Thank you guys more

Great service experience 5/14/2011

I went to Arty's for the first time yesterday. the people were very courteous & got me right in with no appointment. They found the problem with my car running poorly, and brought me out to the shop to show me what happened. They had me fixed and back on my way in less than an hour. The price was more than fair. I would highly recommend them to anyone. The owner was really nice & very knowledgeable. They also are a AAA approved auto service & gave me a 10% discount on labor. *********** more

Thses guys Know what they are doing 3/10/2011

I have a Lexus, that has been to the dealer three times for the same problem. I have spent over $850.00 at Lexus and the problem was never fixed. I was referred her by a neighbor who raved about Arty's.So I tried going & they found the problem the same day & gave me a quote for the repairs and explained in detail what was the problem. I had the work done which cost $298 and the problem is actually fixed. Thank you, nice people & awesome service more

AAA approved auto is right. This is the nicest cleanest shop I've ever been to. The owner introduced himself to me & showed me a couple of problems on my van & gave me a written estimate. I had them do the repairs & my noise is now gone & I feel safer. Thank you guys! more

Great customer service nice people 2/26/2011

I have been going to Arty's auto for 3 years now. I had to go back to my car dealer for a problem I thought was covered by my warranty. When was informed that my warranty did not cover the repair needed and would cost $550.00 to repair. I went to Arty's & told them what happened, they got me right in & found the part had a lot of carbon build up. They cleaned my fuel injection & fixed the problem without needing to replace anything,and was less than half the price. Thank you & I will tell everyone I know, I won't go any where else. more

I have been a long time customer, they work on my entire familys cars. The crew is very courteous and experienced & they always give an exact estimate for work needed & always stand behind their work. The only AAA approved auto repair center in area. Great place for auto repair & service 11/23/2009

I brought my Mitsubishi in for inspection & had a running problem. I had been to 4 other shops including the dealer, no one could find my problem. I brought the car in to Arty`s they diagnosed the problem quickly & correctly, & fixed it the first time at the excact price they quoted me. I have recommended my family to start going there, I will be a long time customer. Pros: Most experienced & best prices Cons: none more

Quick Service 2/10/2006

This service center does Foreign and Domestic cars. What I liked about this place is, I was able to drop my car off and do shopping at the shopping center a block away. The oil change was done correctly in a timely manner. The work is always guaranteed and all charge cards are accepted. Often they will send out coupons that will also save you more money. This center is set in the country and parking is ample. more
