What a headache! 12/28/2009

Our dryer warranty through HHGregg was contracted through this company. We had an appointment between the hours of 8-12 on a Monday. When they hadn't showed or called by 11:30 we called to confirm. They did not pick up and we left a message. No one ever called us back. We contacted HHGregg and they attempted to reach them with the same result. At 2:00 after 20 attempted calls someone finally picked up. He said he would call the tech and call me right back. An hour later I called him back because he did not call me as promised. He said the tech was stuck on a call in Peachtree City and would be at our house between 4 and 4:30. At 5 he had neiter shown up nor called so we called the company 3 times before someone answered the phone. We were then told that his brakes had gone out and he would have to come the next day. Not surprisingly they had not even bothered to try and call us to let us know. We had to contact them. I called this morning to confirm that they would be out today between 10 and 12 as promised and was told they would so we shall see! I will never use this company again!!! Pros: None so far Cons: Unreliable more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY 10/9/2009

I'M REPORTING THIS GUY TO THE BBB. WHEN HE FIRST CAME OUT HE TOLD ME WHAT THE PROBLEM WAS TO THE OVEN. I ORDER THE PART. HE COMES BACK AND INSTALLS. THEN SAYS OH THIS ISN'T WHATS WRONG ITS THIS OTHER PART. I ORDER THE OTHER PART AND HE COMES AND INSTALLS AND SAYS NOPE DOESNT WORK. HE HAS CHANGED THE SERVICE PRICE EVERY TIME HE CAME OUT TO SERVICE. HE COULDN'T EVEN EXPLAIN TO ME WHAT WAS WRONG WITH THE OVEN. HE WAS MORE LIKE A CON MAN TO ME. ALTHOUGH I THINK I MAY BE THE BIGGER MORON FOR GOING WITH HIM FOR SO LONG. HE CHEATED ME OUT OF SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLARS. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON. IT IS HIW OWN COMPANY SO YOU CAN'T WASK FOR A MANAGER. SO I AM REPORTING HIM TO THE BBB. AND HOPE HE HAS ENOUGH COMPLAINTS TO REVOKE HIS LICENSE. EITHER WAY KARMA WILL COME BACK AND BITE YOU INT HE ASS MR. IT IS WRONG WHAT YOU DO. ESPECIALLY IF YOUR A WOMAN THAT PEOPLE LIKE THIS TAKE ADVANTAGE. I DO NOT RECOMMENT THIS COMPANY. JUST CALL GE APPLIANCES SERVICE. THEY ARE AMAZING AND WORTH EVERY PENNY. AND I GUESS I SHOULD OF KNOWN WHEN HIS ASSISTANT AT THE OFFICE ANSWERS HIS PHONE UNPROFESSIONALLY, AND HIS PHONE GETS DISCONNECTED FOR 2 DAYS. Cons: EVERYTHING more

Unprofessional, Unreliable, and Not Dependable 6/23/2009

Artis was contracted through my home warranty company, American Home Shield to repair an appliance in my home. They missed the first appointment and did not call or follow up to re-schedule. My husband finally rescheduled and they showed a week later. It took them two weeks to obtain the parts but they never called to confirm that they had them. I called them. We scheduled for them to come to my home the following day to install the parts. They never showed or called. I attempted to follow-up with them for several days and never got them. The warranty company was finally able to reach them, they set an additional time and never showed. Both times, I left work early to meet them. They then scheduled a third time and never called or showed. The warranty company contacted them again and spoke to the owner who indicated that he had been out of town and his team did not follow propper procedures. He promised to meet me at my home the following week at a predetermined time. Again, he never showed or called. He has yet to follow up with the warranty company. My question is, I'm sure that he relies on the warranty company for business. It would seem as though he would ensure that prompt service is provided. That did not happen. I am disappointed that any business would act this way. I have not ever experienced anything like this and would NEVER recommend them to anyone. They likely do good work. The question is, will they show up to complete the work. If you ask me the answer to that is NO. Cons: Poor Customer Service, Unreliable more

DEFINETELY NOT DEPENABLE!!!!! 2/9/2009

My washer quit agitating and I had a fan that would not stop turning and the switch on the wall would not turn it off. I also had a few other repairs that needed to be made because I bought a home that was in need of minor repairs. 1) they couldn't fix the washer that was only a year old, their solution to repairing the fan in my grand daughters room was to just turn it off at the fuse box, leaving her no light in her room, and I paid them to do nothing -- each time they came they would supposedly order parts and then no call back, no show. They are DEFINTELY NOT RELIABLE. Oh, they are friendly and polite but that;s all they have going for them. Too bad, because we really need good repairmen in our area and there aren't any. Pros: Their friendly Cons: They don't keep their word about returning calls or showing up for service. more

Great response time 10/26/2007

I highly recommend this service. I my refrigerator was not cooling and I had guests coming in for the weekend. Artis Maintenance came in and replaced the compressor that same day, saving my weekend. The customer service was wonderful. Pros: response was good, price was good Cons: cant think of anything bad about my experience more
