Arthritis Associates-Colorado

I really enjoyed this place, I was seeing Dr. Hocate and she was very straightfoward yet not brusque. I am seeing somebody else now (moved, military) and the place here compares nothing to there. If I ever move back to the area I would resume with this place. more

I see Dr M McNeil at first she seemed a bit cold to me but after going through a headache with my primary she finally diagnosed me and I've be better since the only reason I don't give a 5 star is sometimes the pain it can be to get my script renewed in my condition theres a med that if I don't take im in agony and theres been a couple times where i was in bad shape because I had to wait to get my script but I don't know if the pharmacy is to blame too they both blame the other so what can you do I've had this problem at other offices more

It has been over 13 years since I have been back to this practice . I was transferred to Dr. Timms in Pueblo and then moved to Michigan for a few years. Keep in mind that I was a minor at the time I was first seen by Arthritis Associates. Here we are 11+ years since I have been seen my anyone in Colorado and am trying to get Arthritis Associates to see me. They told me that once you leave, you can't come back IT HAS BEEN OVER 11 YEARS AND I WAS A MINOR. I'm desperate. No other rheumatologist's will see me. I also tried Dr. Corbett but he doesn't deal with Fibomyalgia patient's and Dr. Corbett won't see anyone who lives outside of Colorado Springs Where I work we put our patient's first and go out of our way for them. There are always exceptions to the rule and I think mine is one of those exceptions. I can't imagine that if a doctor heard my story they would say ""NOPE, WON'T SEE YOU"". How do some people sleep at night????? How could a good human being not understand the situation and try and help me out. This situation needs to be looked at by someone other than this LISA chic! I will now have to find a doctor in Denver. In the meantime, I'm waiting to hear from the Office Manager. If I don't hear from her by tomorrow I will keep calling and calling and calling until they put her on the phone. I will be calling everyday if I have too, to complain about my situation. I'm very upset in how I have been treated and want to make sure Arthritis Associates knows this. more

If I could have put 0 stars on this I would have. Do not see Megan MacNeill. She was going to make me reschedule because I was less than 5 minutes late to an appointment. I could understand if it was 10 minutes or something...It is just ridiculous. Don't see this group. They are not in business to help people. more

I was referred by my doctor here in Canon City. I didn't receive a call for about 2 weeks about an appointment. When I did receive the call, it was to get me in on a cancellation in 2 days. I at first said yes but then found out I probably wouldn't be able to go. I called and tried to reschedule, but they said I couldn't cancel again or they wouldn't see me at all. The first time was because I had lost my insurance. The second time wasn't technically a cancellation but a reschedule and they wouldn't even do that. So I am being forced to go see them in 2 days or I will never have that option. more

I have been seeing Dr. Baker for 3 years for RA. Diagnosed last year. Unwilling to give the problem a name until certain (that was ok with me). Since I am still working he takes me to the head of the line for lab work and xrays which I appreciate. As I have gotten to know him better he is more relaxed and cracks jokes and is down to earth. Occasionally have felt a bit rushed at the end of the appointment. Pros: Close in parking, lab in the office more
