Company was called when our A/C stopped working and realized our copper was froze up. They injected a dye which was left in for three weeks per company requirement, and then came back out and were told they could not find a leak. They then charged us for five pounds of freon. Within a month the same issue arised. I called back to inform them of this and they wanted to charge me again for the same service. I spoke with the owner Jeff Todd who was extremely rude and refused to work with me in any way in backing up his service. I called another company and they were able to locate the initial leak within 20 min. and found that when Arrow filled the freon, they never put the seal on properly, nor did they close where the freon was filled properly. This time we were 6 pounds low. We tried to call the owner again, and he refused to speak with us. DO NOT TAKE A CHANCE WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!
