I was charged $800 labor for a 1 hour simple kitchen faucet replaement. 12/11/2021

If you have money to burn, then by all means call the most expensive plumbers in the Universe. No special hours, circumstance, item or situation for my job. A simple, 1 hour job of replacing a kitchen faucet with the exact faucet replacement. The area was cleared, clean and ready to work and the replacement faucet at hand. $731 for 1 hour of labor and an additional $89 for a service call. more

Emergency Repair 3/2/2021

We had an unexpected sewage back up. Adam got to the house within 1.5 hours of us calling. He was professional, detailed and very pleasant to deal with. I felt that the issue was resolved completely. He explained what the issue was and what he was doing to fix it. I will absolutely call Armbrust again if I have any further plumbing issues. more

Great Service by Tom Heyman 6/23/2020

Tom replaced a utility tub and faucet and fixed two outdoor spigots. I appreciated Tom's expertise on all these repairs and the answers to general questions I had about hoses and why they always seem to leak. I asked his advice about an upcoming bathroom vanity project. He explained what the plumber would do and also the best sequence of tasks to make the project easiest. He is efficient and knowledgeable and I highly recommend him. more

Rodded Out Sewer Line Plus Fixed Drainage Problem in Bathroom 2/17/2020

I would like to say that I had a very pleasant experience with Adam and Dustin this morning---great guys! They were very professional and explained what needed to be done with sewer line and bathtub drainage problem, fixed the problems plus gave me added tips. I have used Armburst Plumbing before and would definitely recommend and use them again. more

New Furnace and AC 10/7/2019

Quoting and Installation was great. Armbrust took the time to answer all the questions I had. The horizontal furnace installation was more challenging than a vertical furnace install but the price remained reasonable. Installers Louis P and his apprentice were professional and made sure everything was right and clean before sign-off. I have used Armbrust for for many years and have been always happy with their work. I would recommend them for your Plumbing and HVAC needs. BK more

The receptionist was very friendly and easy to book an appointment. Tom H. came on time and was very friendly! He showed me what he was doing and explained it too. I would definitely go back to Armbrust and ask for Tom H. Also he is dog friendly which was very nice. more

Fast, thorough, professional 7/26/2019

Left a message about my (non-emergency) clogged tub last evening. Armbrust called first thing this morning. My original appointment was in the afternoon but they called back to say they could squeeze me in first thing (bonus!). Tom Heyman showed up shortly after calling. He diagnosed the problem quickly and had the job done in half an hour. He protected all surfaces and left the place clean. Highly recommend! more

Plumbing Problem Fixed 5/21/2019

My kitchen sink was not draining properly. Tom Heyman of Armbrust fixed the problem in short order. I have been dealing with Armbrust in excess of 30 years for both plumbing and heating/air conditioning. I am on there service maintenance agreement for heating/air conditioning and have found them to be courteous & professional. Tom is an experienced plumbing technician and I would not hesitate to have in my home again! more

Jeff was on time, quickly identified the problem, had the part he needed in his truck, installed it, tested it, wasn't fully satisfied with noise the replacement part was making, so replaced it with another new part. I may not have noticed the issue with the first replacement part, but he did the right thing. I appreciate Armbrust and their high standards. more

Tom was very professional. Tom explained everything what he was going to do. Tom laid down tarps to keep thing clean and to walk on. Tom Knew exactly what needed to be done and completed it with no problems. I would use Armbrust plumber Heating-Air conditioning for all my plumbing needs in the future. I would definitely ask for Tom Heyman to do the work in the future. more

True Professional Who Provides High Quality Work 3/19/2019

I had Alan C from Armbrust Plumbing come out to replace an old water heater. Unfortunately it wasn't going to be a typical install, the new water heater had to fit in a closet (house is on a slab) and it had to sit flat on the ground to work properly. The old water heater was on legs and over a drain, which means Alan had to reroute gas pipes, water pipes, and ductwork to get the new water heater to fit. Alan arrived promptly, and only had the water and gas off for a couple of hours while he removed the old water heater, rerouted pipes, and installed the new water heater. He did an exceptional job, and he worked fast and efficiently. Plus, he didn't leave any mess, everything was as neat as it was before he came. I give Alan C from Armbrust Plumbing an A+++ rating. more
