Dissapointed 9/8/2012

Office staff cordial but not friendly. Doctors were not friendly or very involved with me. Got some special shoes with personal heat molded inserts. The technician did not heat the inserts just prior to the fitting. I am not sure she heated them at all. She provided very little help and guidance in the process. I contacted the shoe factory and they said she did not follow protocol. I am very disappointed. more
