I bought a piece and had to leave it at the store until I could pick it up. It was damaged during this time, and I was told ""you didn't see it"" and I had to take my issue to the regional office before I was treated like it was not my fault and MY issue to deal with. They have repaired the piece at no cost to me, but I will not shop here again after the way I was treated by their staff and management.
Pros: they finally fixed the issue
Cons: I had to argue to get any kind of customer service
