My family and I swing by arbys for lunch on monday around noon and we get our order that is far from what we ordered, I go inside and after 10 minutes of standing there we get it corrected. I never so much as got an apology or discount for my inconvenience, she just plopped the bag on the counter, turned around and walked off. I start on my way home and the fries were far from fresh, so stale it would make you sick to eat them. I have to say this arbys lost me as a customer.
