We got a pool from this company this past summer and the whole experience was awful. First they were very helpful and led us to believe we could possibly have our pool by the 4th of July. We knew this would never happen so we were not really disappointed when it didn't. But then we figured we would have it by our daughter's 7th birthday on July 30th. On July 18th they were supposed to start digging - Great! Except on the morning of July 17th we get a call from the owner saying he can't give us the pool we ordered so we have to accept a pool of lesser quality that is too big for our yard or he would give us our money back. First of all we had a contract! Second of all - a little more than 24 hours notice would have been nice. Third, he said he would stop by to discuss the situation. Not only did he never stop by, but he wouldn't even return a phone call! Fourth, we already dug up our trees, landscaping, and our neighbors flowers (they let us go through their yard to get our pool in) and had everything out. They also said it would only take 10 days start to finish. They only do one pool at a time (HUH!). They finally gave us a different pool and started digging on August 2nd. From that point on we were told one thing but experienced something totally different. We never got a straight answer from the owner. The men who worked for him were wonderful and helpful. The subcontractors were also great to work with - and honest. Our pool was set in place and then left for over a week before being backfilled. Then it sat with dirty water because we were led to believe the concrete work would be complete in a few days. Two weeks later we asked for them to come and clean the pool so our kids could swim even though the concrete was still not done. On September 31st the concrete was finally finished and the pool complete. I certainly would not recommend this company to install a fiberglass pool for anyone, unless you enjoy being made to feel like a fool!
