BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS CONTRACTOR. They are crooks and incompetent. Their owner Samuel Joiner and their technicians are equally incompetent. They installed parts of my A/C system upside down and I had to have another contractor come out and repair their work. It cost me almost twice as much! This company refused to come back out and repair the work they did. more

FANTASTIC!!! I had a microwave and called two service companies to get it repaired both told me it would be impossible. I went ahead and tried a third opionion; Sam from appliance service co did the impossible now I'm drinking hot coffee!!!!! But I wasn't done with them yet I was told by Sam that they fix computers and electronics, my 4 year old computer was back on the internet for half the price of the ""geeks"". Now I only have to deal with one company, Appliance Service for just about everything that can break in a house!!! more

TERRIBLE ATTITUDE ! 12/13/2011

This place has a terrible attitude. I had a problem with an LG appliance that was under warrantee that they referred to Appliance Service Co. I had to call them to confirm the appointment that LG had made for them. When I called, the person than answered had me make a very lenghty explanation of what was wrong, and why I was calling. After a long explanation, I was then very tersely told that it was just an answering service and that I would have to call back. I then questioned why I wasn't told up front that I reached their answering service in order to save all of the explanations. Naturally, I was peeved. Shortly after that, Appliance Service Co left a message on my answering maching telling me that they would not service my appliance as they ""did not like my attitude"". Stay away from these jerks !
