Please, Please, Please do not buy appliances from Appliance Factory Outlet. They are a ripp off and will do anything they can to scam you out of extra money. They sold me a used fridge that stopped working within three weeks of me purchasing it, I notified them they then offered me a brand new fridge for only $600 more. I thought that was great because then I would not have to worry about it not working and once agai losing all the food in my fridge. Well yesterday my ""new"" fridge broke and turned out was not new and for that fact frigidare could not cover it under the warranty I so faultly relied upon. When I contacted the store they did not believe me and I am currently fighting with them to get a new fridge while my food is slowly spoiling. more

Bought stove and refrigerator earlier this year. I wasn't happy about buying appliances but the salesman (Brent Aldred) was really friendly and helpful. Delivery went just as planned. No issues! The appliances were exactly what we expected! When our washer broke, we went back. Brent was there to help make it easy and pleasant. Would definitely recommend and will be going back! more

I am new to the area and one of my coworkers recomended that I should stop into Appliance Factory Outlet to furnish my new home. It was amazing. I had never purchased, shopped or even looked at an appliance before. Brad was unbelievable. He walked me through every step of my decision. I knew that I wanted Stainless steel but nothing else. Brad ended up getting me into a full kitchen for less than I had expected to pay. I saved enough to buy a new bed that he had shown me. This truely is a one stop shop. Everything was installed yesterday and it looks great. Thanks Brad and installers. One word of advise to anyone reading this is to go and see what he can do for you. Thanks, Jeremy more

Do Not Trust Appliance Factory Outlet 3/29/2011

I will never buy anything from Appliance Factory Outlet on Colorado Blvd (or any other AFO stores) ever again!!! The salesman told us the washer and dryer we bought were in a warehouse in town and about all the ways thy are able to sell at such a cheap price, all with too many contradictions. It has been 3 weeks and we still have not been able to do a load of laundry for our family of 6. After several delays and rescheduled deliveries, it took two weeks for us to receive the washer and dryer. We started the first load of laundry and the washer leaked water everywhere!!!! They referred us to the warranty company and AFO will not help us. Now that the washer has been opened 3 times, is still not fixed, I am struggling to have anyone, the store or the warranty company, bring a new working washing machine. I bought a new washing machine, and a new washing machine should not have to be opened up for fixing 3 times before it even cleans a single load. When I went back to the store, 2 of the 3 salesmen walked away once they finally figured out that I was not there to buy something and the 1 they left there to deal with me was rude and told me to deal with the warranty company... BEWARE of Appliance Factory outlet!!!! The salesmen are dishonest and flat out liars. They sell broken appliances. HORRIBLE!!!! more

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!I don't know about their new sales department, but their used appliance is in the business of assuring ONE TIME CUSTOMERS, since they have no interest in providing customer support. Their warranty is brilliant, it protects them from having to do anything when a customer buys, say, a dishwasher that did not work. The warranty does state it will not cover the cost of uninstalling, returning, picking up and reinstalling another dishwasher. (that may or may not work)So, the customer gets to pay even more in money and time dealing with a product that was broken from the start. Oh, and no cash refunds, so don't think you have an out there. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!!!! more

A friend of mine referred me to Appliance Factory Outlet a few years ago when I was a renter. I stopped into one of their stores and explained to the sales person what I was looking for and they found exactly what I wanted at a price I could afford. I wanted a cheap washer and dryer. They found an out of box laundry set that worked great. It had some small dings but I didn?t mind because it was cheap and worked well. more

RIPOFF!!!! 10/6/2010

Overall this has gone poorly. The fridge/freezer has stopped cooling after only 8 months. I called last Friday and spoke to their customer service desk that handles the warranty. They told me all warranty issues have to be approved by a manager and then told me that I would get a call back the next day. At the end of the call, it was reiterated that I would ""definitely"" get a call back tomorrow. I did not get a call back on Saturday, so I called back on Monday. I was told that they needed to check into it and they would give me a call back, no call back Monday so I called back on Tuesday morning about 9:00am and spoke to Clark. Clark told me they were going to replace the unit and he needed to check with the warehouse and find a comparable unit and would call me back in a half hour. An hour later I had not received a call back and called back. My call went to voicemail so I left a message with my information. No one called me back by about 3pm that afternoon, so I called them again. My call was picked up and then disconnected twice in a row, maybe they recognized my number on caller ID?The third call was answered and I explained my issue yet again and I asked to speak to Clark. The call was put on hold and after 10 minutes, I gave up and hung up. I did not have time to call on Wednesday nor did I get a call. I called again on Thursday at lunch time and spoke to Christina. She told me that Clark was not available, but she would go check his desk to see what was happening with my warranty, this gave me some measure of hope. After a little while on hold Christina informed me that my order was with the inventory manager and that he would look for a comparable unit in the warehouse and if they did not have one they would have to start looking around at the stores. I asked how long that would take and she said an hour for the inventory manager to determine if they had a unit in stock for me. She told me she would call me and let me know when she found out. Thursday evening I had not received a call back. Not once. I sent an email to them stating I would be posting a review on Angie?s List, BBB, Yelp, and wherever else I could. Two days later they called and scheduled the delivery for the following Monday 9/27. I received my replacement Kenmore refrigerator on September 27th. Unfortunately, it is broken and freezes everything in the fridge. I though maybe it was set to high, and so I lowered the setting on the fridge and gave it 24 hours to adjust. That did not work, so I lowered the setting on the freezer as well and gave it another 24 hours. That did not work either. On Monday, I called and spoke with Stephanie at about 9:30am. She said that she would call me back within a half hour. By 4:30pm I had not recieved a call and called back. I spoke with Clark and he said that he would look into getting something done and call me back by 10:30am Tuesday. It is now Wednesday night and I have not received a call back. more

DON'T buy FROM Appliance Factory Outlet!!!!!!!!!! 6/21/2010

NEVER BUY FROM Appliance Factory Outlet. These people are setting you up for a scam!!!!! Sure their sales people are really nice but after two week when ALL THREE of the appliances I bought broke down they didn't want to help me. They said, it was a manufacture problem and to call them. Really, all three of the appliances I bought broke, one after the the other! This company sucks and should be reported to the BBB. Pros: Sales people are nice Cons: Sales people DON'T CARE AFTER THE SALE more
