Long wait to get service; they didn't have a person working the floor to intercept you upon arrival like at Beverly Center. Front desk was only staffed by zero or one person during lunch hour rush. When I finally got service, I was told No, they couldn't exchange my defective product because it wasn't in stock. When I asked about the stock of it I could see over his shoulder, he said, No, that's a different inventory. When I asked about Genius Bar, he said, No we won't help you without an appointment. I can understand that (even though I've been able to walk in and wait at other Apple Stores). But I could've done without the surly attitude: no graciousness, no 'sorry you're having problems with our merchandise,' no 'sorry for the inconvenience,' no offer to help or make me happy, just a big, repeated, 'No' with a dull blank face.
