Antioch Family Care

I recently returned to Antioch family care because they accept Medicaid and I had decent experiences in the past with them. I have found the staff to be difficult to work with at times, one gal in particular. I took my daughter in for the same thing 4 days in a row and Dr.Cahill basically said there was nothing she could do. My poor child was suffering for a week full of panic attacks and they did nothing. As soon as I find another doctor I will not be going back ever! more

I was recommended to Dr. Greenwood in my search for a naturally-minded doctor. He is wonderful, caring and you can tell his spiritual beliefs play into his practice. He did not push me for vaccinations for my baby that I did not agree with, nor prescribe unnecessary medications for an otherwise healthy child with a cold. I also saw a nurse practitioner several months ago and was diagosed with the flu. Her patient-manner was very caring. I would highly recommend this practice! more

My profession is to understand people, and make sure I was understood. I speak three languages: English, Russian, and Spanish. The highest education is PhD. This information is to let everyone know that my experience with this office wasn't just a misunderstanding as they prefer to see it. more

Wow - you must've had a bad day. Dr. Riley is one of the most caring individuals that I've ever met. He's never rushed me thru an ""assembly line"" as you put it. He's a Christian and a wonderful Doc. I'm so sad you had a bad experience. more

Dr. Riley is by far an incredible physician. He is very compassionate, very professional. Apathetic is the word the previous reviewer stated, but that is far from the truth. He stays within his realm and scope of support - much like any business - but Dr. Riley keeps it very simple and direct, without patronizing you. more

I found DR. Riley to be apathetic and more interested in getting me through his assembly line every time I had an appointment rather than treating a me like a patient. My Diabetes required me to lose weight he said. I kept to the nutrition program that he referred me to which cast me $400 and lost nothing. I also found out later that one of the meds Dr. Riley prescribed inhibits weight loss. I have had a history of other things going on that I believe might be related, he didn't listen to me at all and asked me ""Do you want me to refer you to the nutrition program again?"" Can you say kick-back? He finally told me ""I don't know what else I can do"" . Well you did nothing doc and you are not the hand of God. The last straw was his P.A., or D.O. or whatever she was got rude and quite cross with me when I asked for additional information. I quit seeing Doctor Riley, quit the medication and lost 37 pounds over the following months and have kept it off. My blood sugar is still too high - any suggestions now Quack-Ass? The office staff is nice, but you can tell they are under a whip. I don't know what doctor this other person saw but that reviews does not reflect my experience AT ALL (He probably wrote them himself. Don't use this guy Cons: This place is all about the money. more
