I'm a runner and started having shooting pains in my foot (around my heel) about a year ago. I went to Dr. Johnson thinking my arch was collapsing and she told me I have plantar fasciitis. With stretching exercises, custom made orthotics and switching to a stationary bike, instead of a treadmill, four days a week my foot is feeling so much better. I still run but not as often and I'm getting used to the bike! The staff is very warm and friendly. The doctor knows her stuff and "walked" me through what was happening. I appreciate their help and would recommend them feet down!
