Their specialty is the 7 course Beef. The course is charged by per person with all the fizings such as rice sheet, lettuce, bean sprouts, fresh mint, vinegared carrots and turnips, and diping sauce. Beef is prepared 7 different ways, fondue, basil wrapped, porridge, etc... The meats are nicely charred and flavored. For those of you who are unfamiliar with this course: place a rice sheet on your plate and start filing it with all the fixings and your choice of the 7 meat, wrap it up and dip it in the sauce. Note that this is hands on. Quite fun for a big group and everybody is enjoying the food.
