I bought a gift card for my mom for mothers day, she told me she wanted to get a Massage and a Facial and she noticed that Angel's Day Spa was running a special $120 for a Facial & a Massage. I went and got that for her I spoke to the owner who told me she would be doing my moms massage and her facial both. My mom scheduled her appointment for both Services. Turns out she totally forgot about the about since she is a busy lady but felt real bad about it so she called up there 2 days later when she remembered to apologize and the lady on the phone told her that they had to pay a massage therapist and a esthetician to come in and since she did not show they still had to pay them so now she can not get the massage but she can get 2 facials. My mother said ok so she went in for her facial which did not include a hand or foot massage when the mask on like most spa's do when u get a facial. Then after the appointment the esthetician tells her that she wont be able to get another facial now. I called up there for like 3 hours that day no one answered the phone so I finally left a message the owner calls me back and tells me how she lost 40 bucks since she did not show up the for her first appointment and yes she will not be able to get another service when I spent a $120 plus tipped $25 that day when I bought the gift card, she claims she is not showing that I left a tip on the receipt!! The esthetician knew nothing about the tip either. The owner was extremely rude on the phone I asked her do you not call and confirm your appointments the day before like most spas do? She said yes we do but my mom never received a reminder call. I told her I actually am a licensed esthetician and I will just give her a facial myself! I could not believe the Customer Service we received it was very unprofessional and they obviously could care less about their clients all they are about is $. We will never spend our money their again thats for sure!
