I've been subjected to this truly horrific dining experience so many times I can say without reservation it is the worst Italian restaurant I've ever eaten at. The breadsticks are always stale. The salads are basically shredded romaine cores. The only ""dressing"" they have is red wine mixed with canola oil (although it's probably something equally tasteless, but far less healthy). All the pastas taste like they were precooked and warmed over. The red sauce is acidic and plain, and everything else is wading in a pool of grease. Basically you have a choice of tasteless greasy food, or dried out grilled chicken (cutlets, because grilling an unpounded breast might actually retain a drop of moisture) and romaine cores in red wine vinegar.
Pros: I don't know, location I guess?
Cons: The food
